Use songScout from your home screen, taskbar, dock, or app launcher.
songScout works in the browser and can also be installed as a Progressive Web App, or PWA.
The installed app gives you a cleaner launch icon and a more app-like window. It still uses the same website, account, quota, and browser storage under the hood.

iOS can aggressively pause or terminate installed web apps after they sit idle, especially on iPhone.
When that happens, songScout may need to reconnect before buttons, search, journey history, or route restore feel normal again.
If the installed app wakes up in a stale state, fully close it from the app switcher and open it again. Using songScout in Safari is also a good fallback on iPhone while we continue improving this.
The current PWA is the fastest way to use songScout across platforms today.
We are also working toward dedicated mobile apps so iPhone and Android users can get a more predictable app lifecycle than mobile browsers allow.
songScout is designed for vertical discovery on mobile.
